1. Sellers must provide accurate and complete information in good faith about the mowers they list for sale on UsedMowersOnline.com marketplace, including the condition of the mower and must disclose any known issues or defects.

2. Buyers and Sellers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to the purchase or sale of used mowers.

3. Buyers and Sellers must promptly respond to inquiries related to the transaction and resolve any issues that may arise.

4. Sellers are responsible for verifying the buyer’s identification during pick-up to ensure compliance with laws and regulations and to protect against fraud.

5. Sellers must ensure that all mowers listed for sale on UsedMowersOnline.com are in working condition unless otherwise stated.

6. Any violations of these terms and conditions may result in the removal of the vendor’s listing from UsedMowersOnline.com and possibly being banned from the site.

7. Buyers and Sellers agree to indemnify and hold CORNERSTONE GRASSROOTS, LLC and USED MOWERS ONLINE harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, expenses and costs (including attorney fees) arising out of or related to the Buyer’s or Seller’s breach of these terms and conditions or any other representation or warranty made by the Seller.
